“Fearlessness" was composed during the first weeks of spring, under the blooming trees. Thick layers of fine oil paints and medium are spread across every branch and extend outward across the canvas. The dogwood blossoms are delicately placed on the thin branches with a palette knife. Each petal of the flowers raises off of the canvas to give it a lifelike yet abstract feel. Details of lichen and falling bark complete the piece to give it a signature style of its own.
I use the highest quality paints and mediums. A protective varnish was added to this piece to ensure the life of your investment. There is no need to frame the painting as I have continued the painting on the 1 and 1/2 inch sides of the gallery wrapped canvas. Hardware has been placed on the back, so the painting is ready to hang and enjoy!
