"Van Gogh Violet Irises Study” is an original iris flower painting. Blooming irises overflow in a soft white textured vase. Deep hues of greens, golds, and blue contrast with warm white background. This painting was inspired by Van Gough’s famous painting, “Irises.”

This painting was created with oil paint, and finished with a gloss varnish to add glimmer and protection. The sides of the canvas are painted to match the painting.
